Pedro was called urgently to a pharmacy. He found a woman collapsed with a severe allergic reaction, a condition that closes the airways and drops blood pressure within minutes. He treated her on the spot, with the emergency measures the case required.
The woman recovered. "The pharmacist hugged and kissed me", he wrote, brief and direct, like someone who does not want to make a feat of an emergency. The account ends in the gesture of relief, not in the technique.
